Natural Valley Limited the producers of Manzivalley brand of natural mineral water was incorporated in November 2000 but the production of Manzivalley brand started in 1988 and was bottled by Ngwerere farming Enterprises. Currently the production is based at the Waterfalls area of Chongwe district. This where the headquarters and the production plant for Natural Valley are based.
At the time, the concept of mineral water was still very new in Zambia and indeed in most of sub Saharan countries. As a result, they were the pioneers in this market. Today they are over 50 producers of mineral water in Zambia.
Since then Natural Valley Limited has grown into the biggest producer of mineral water in Zambia under the guidance of Stewart Simpson the Managing Director and proprietor of the company. The company has got a market share of 60% despite the many players in the market.
The factory building covering approximately 2,000 metres square is designed for bottling mineral water. The factory complies with both Environmental Council and Zambia Bureau of Standard. The water is from a geologically approved underground source. more...
